Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome dans un quartier calme. Le logement de Fulvia était spacieux, très propre, très bien agencé et équipé, et très confortable. Our second stay at Mario's apartment because the first time it was perfect for us. Marco met us again and allowed us to arrive early; he was very friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We hope to stay at their place again in the future!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Small, but very cozy and nice appartment with all the ammenities you might need. We loved the private and big balcony! Very nice to relax there after a busy day in the city. Public traffic quite easy and cheap, around 40-60minutes to get to the city center depending on traffic, walking pace and correspondece. Hosts are very attentative, and flexible. We got to check in as soon as the appartment was finished cleaned, and they even offered us late checkout without us asking.

Hands down the best Airbnb of my Europe trip so far. It feels so much like home that you barely want to leave and explore Rome. The hosts are incredible. Both are friendly, responsive, and put a lot of love and care into hosting. I was greeted personally and shown around as well as given a specific dinner recommendation since my day was long. The double bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice, and I appreciated the balcony. This is everything you’d want in a luxury hotel but in a private home. It is very secure, in a private building. The walk to the metro wasn’t bad- maybe 10 minutes. I definitely plan to stay here anytime I’m in Rome or recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting.

Nossa estadia foi ótima! Ti sempre nos respondeu com prontidão, pedimos para deixar as malas no apartamento antes do horário do check-in e eles nos receberam super bem. No apartamento tem alguns cartões com muitas informação e dicas sobre Roma que foram muito úteis para nós. O apartamento fica super bem localizado, perto de pontos de bonde e ônibus, tem uma pizzaria logo embaixo que amamos! O prédio é super charmoso, me senti em um filme e o apartamento muito bem organizado e limpo! Tem aquecimento e também ar condicionado e é super ventilado e iluminado. No mais foi tudo ótimo! Amamos nossa visita a Roma e ficaríamos com certeza novamente nesse local!

L'appartement d'Andrea est spacieux, fonctonnel et agréable. La terrasse est sympa. Andrea est soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le recommandons sans réserve. Nous avons garé notre voiture en bas de la résidence, c'était pratique.

Logistisch super Lage mit Tram und Bahnhof zum Flughafen fast vor der Tür. Schöne neue Wohnung. Würden dort wieder mieten.

Enjoyed our stay here, clean, spacious and convenient having the tram and buses a short walk away. Quick food options available nearby too. Perhaps a bit far from central Rome if you’re using transport and planning to do every day but I booked knowing it was further out. Free street parking too.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s house! She was present in person to hand over the keys. The house was well kept and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and had private parking spot. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The place was well connected to the city centre by public transport. I highly recommend this place if you’re travelling with family.

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.

We couldn’t think of a better place to stay for our first visit to Rome. Lucia was the perfect host; gracious, accommodating, and always responsive to our calls. The book of instructions and local attractions was noteworthy and helpful. The home a tastefully decorated and had a local flair. We loved the place and when we return to Rome, we’ll definitely stay at this home!! Gracias, Lucia. Prego.

We stayed there for four night and what a super cozy place !! Fabio is also very responsive. The location is a bit far from the tourists hotspots which we actually wanted. There's a pizza shop right across the street which had delicious pizzas. The Supermarkets are also very nearby.

Nice place not far from the airport with easy connection to Rome. Monika is very welcoming and nice host.

It was a comfortable stay for us with our 3 children. The house was very clean and safe. Fabio gave us good advice. We walked to many places from where the house was located. We took the metro and buses to reach the far places. Thank you for everything.

Stefan was an excellent host . Very proactive checked and assisted our every need. As a family, We had awesome time at his place . We highly recommend the place for your stay while in Rome .

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

Nulla da dire, casa perfetta. La casa dispone di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e per qualsiasi cosa sono super gentilissimi e disponibili.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Acomodação boa, bem localizada, próxima a supermercados, padarias, restaurantes e estação de metrô, que facilitou bastante o deslocamento

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gabriele war sehr schön! Er und seine Eltern sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist mit der Metro gut erreichbar und liegt direkt über dem familiengeführten Möbelgeschäft – entsprechend stilvoll und modern ist auch die Wohnung eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist eindeutig die große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Besonders praktisch: Das kleine Tor kann geschlossen werden, sodass Kinder sicher spielen können. Die Metrostation ist in der Nähe und es dauert etwa 20 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Termini, und in der Nähe gibt es sogar ein schönes Aquädukt, das einen Spaziergang wert ist. Insgesamt eine sehr gut ausgestattete, neuwertige und geräumige Unterkunft in ruhiger, aber dennoch gut angebundener Lage – abseits vom Trubel der Innenstadt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
