This apartment, located in a listed historic building, offers a magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach, along with two balconies. Partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, the flat is on the first floor, with a lift. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a launderette (payable). The accommodation is located close to the port, shops, restaurants and the train station, direct TGV to Montparnasse, 25 minutes on foot, shuttle bus service.

Located approximately 200 metres from the Quais du Croisic, in the heart of an extremely quiet area, you will enjoy a peaceful stay right in the centre of the town! The property was fully renovated in 2016. Originally, it was used to accommodate fishermen during the sardine season. You have access to the spa all year round (except in case of unfavorable weather conditions, the water is heated to 35°, a private garden furniture, two relax a table, two chairs for lunch outdoors!
