The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The HOCHwasser holiday home is a unique retreat with a breathtaking 360° view over the lake and the fields. On the 1st floor, there is a kitchen with a large dining table and a suspended sleeping bunk. Up on the top floor, there is a cosy lounge area with a large sofa, a TV, Bluetooth sound and a mirror ball – perfect for special evenings.

The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.
