The three-room apartment was renovated and furnished in 2013. Treat yourself to the luxury of high-quality living! The rooms are located in the center North. From here you can reach many attractions on foot, in 2-3 tram stations or an S-Bahn station. Feel at home in the lovingly furnished apartment with luxury kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer), balcony and bathroom. For breakfast you will find a toaster, coffee maker and kettle, as well as dishes and cutlery. Coffee, tea for self-cooking and thermos are also available. If you want to cook something more elaborate, there is an oven at eye level, stainless steel pots, pans and spices. You just have to shop, everything else is there. In each of the rooms, in addition to high-quality beds, or sofa bed, there is a dining or desk for working, a closet and a TV. Linen, towels, hair dryer and Wi-Fi are at your disposal. The house is very nicely located in a turn-of-the-century district in the northern center. In addition to beautiful buildings, you will find breakfast cafes and restaurants here on the nearby Georg-Schuhmannstraße. Shops for everyday needs are also within walking distance. In 15-20 min walk you will find two beautiful historic restaurants very known in Leipzig: the Gosenschänke and the Gohliser Schlößchen. The nearby Rosenthal and the internationally renowned zoo with its unique European Gondwanaland also invite you to take a walk. You can reach the city center and the main train station in about 15-20 minutes on foot, in 2 minutes by S-Bahn or two stations by tram. The stop "Chausseehaus" of lines 11 and 16 is about 5 minutes away. You can reach the exhibition center with line 16 in 13 minutes. You can get to the airport by S-Bahn and regional train in 43-49 min. Street on-street parking is free. Leipzig is a city of great cultural heritage and full of annual cultural highlights. The Thomas Church with its world-famous Thomanerchor, the Gewandhaus with a unique European acoustics, the opera with international productions. The Bach, Wagner, Mendelson, Schuhmann events and memorials have a unique density throughout Europe. Since May 2012, you can also walk in the footsteps of the great musicians who once lived in Leipzig. Throughout the city there is a path mark, the so-called "Notspur", which shows the most important musical memorials on foot at over 23 stations. For example, you will get to know the houses of Schuhmann, Bach, Wagner, Mendelson-Bartholdy or the square where Clara Wiek's birthplace was located. Of course, there are countless other cultural events, such as the Leipziger Pfeffermühle or the Jazz Days known far beyond Leipzig.
