Historic villa with charm

The charming Gründerzeit villa is located in the center of Markkleeberg in the south of Leipzig. We have lovingly renovated in the historical ambience. By S-Bahn (suburban train), you are in the city of Leipzig in 15 minutes, and Lake Cospuden is within walking distance (5 minutes by bike). The room is located on the ground floor next to our kitchen-living room. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Bicycles can be locked in our garage, parking in the street possible. S-Bahn and bus can be reached quickly. Several supermarkets nearby.

House on Lake Hainer for 12 people with sauna + fireplace

The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil accommodation. The extensive grounds next to the house offer a pool, sun terrace, meadow and private forest. A place of relaxation for all the senses. Whether for one or several days, this property is particularly suitable for a break from everyday life. Enjoy the house with all your senses. As a precaution, we would like to point out that this house with its characteristic is designed for couples who would like to enjoy peace and quiet together.

Country Villa with Pool

Unser schönes Landhaus hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer über 2 Etagen. Auf ca 190 qm gibt es 2 Bäder, eine große Küche mit Terrasse und Lounge Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kaminzimmer und Sauna. Im Aussenbereich findet ihr einen 1500qm Garten mit Fußballtoren, kleinem Basketballcourt und einen 11m Pool ( Juni - Sep). Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet

Seminar house Zum.Waldblick

Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family ambience (all other rooms are common spaces). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house with space for up to 10 persons can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) meals. Right in front of the house there is a forest with bike path and numerous lakes. Feel free to provide more information from me about this.

Die 1873 erbaute klassizistische Villa Leipzig bietet großen Gruppen auf drei Etagen reichlich Platz. Das Haus ist in Innenstadtnähe. Die Einfahrt an der Karl Heine Strasse führt zur Rückseite der Villa und zu hauseigenen Parkplätzen. Die Zimmer mit 3,20m hohen Stuckdecken verteilen sich auf über 300m2 Wohnfläche und 2 Wohnungen auf 2 Etagen. Jede Wohnung hat wunderschöne, zum Garten ausgerichtete Dachterrassen. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt

Guest rooms in a stately atmosphere !

The manor house was built in 1906. It is surrounded by a very large courtyard, which is now used more for events than for agriculture. You reach the 2nd floor of the mansion via a separate staircase at the side entrance. There are several guest rooms here. These are otherwise used for our private guests. But we also offer you guests from all over the world. Each room is individually decorated. PS: These are only individual rooms, not an apartment

Köthen Zentrum Apartment with Park on the Europa Bike Trail

Spacious apartment in the city center and yet in the countryside, with beautiful views of the park and the pheasantry. The 18th century property with great history was sometimes the Place of residence and work of the sculptor and painter Professor Dr. Karl Begas d. J. as well as the painter Hans Dieter Schwarz. The pedestrian zone is just a few steps away. It offers sleeping in a double bed as well as on a leather seating landscape.
