Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Welcome to the Hohenwiesen house! Our vacation home is located in the Hohenwiesen district about 6 km south of Lenggries! Hohenwiesen is the perfect starting point for hiking or cycling in the Isarwinkler mountains, and the Isar is only 200 meters away! In addition, we participate in the Lenggries Guest Card Plus, which means that all guests have plenty of discounts on a wide variety of offers in and around Lenggries. a free ascent and descent with the Brauneck mountain railway.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

Very nice apartment, quietly located but still close to the center. The accommodation has a balcony to the east and a garden to the north for shared use. The apartment is very bright and nicely furnished. It has a very cozy Swedish stove in the living room. A place to relax in the middle of the mountains. Right outside the front door is the entrance to various mountain tours. Rural idyll as far as the eye can see!

Our apartment is in the district of Hohenwiesen about 6 km south of Lenggries!
