Our cosy attic apartment is quietly situated on the outskirts of the village with direct access to nature. A cozy nest with lots of light and an unobstructed view from large windows and from the sun balcony. You can quickly reach Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. The S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has it's own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

My place sleeps 1-2 adults and is 36 square meters. It is a self-contained apartment/basement. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.
