A short distance to the sea, about 400 meters to walk, where you will find marked coastal path and several great beaches. 25 minutes to Dyreparken, 30 minutes to both Kristiansand and Arendal. In the middle of nowhere! 600 m to the Bible School, and a short way to the shop/ Grimstad city center. Please note that there is a slightly steep staircase up to the living unit, this place is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

In the centre, you will find our cosy pedestrian street with bustling life. Swamp and swimming beaches are 15 minutes walk away. Both city center and swimming areas have parking available. Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken are only a 15 min drive. Bus connections can also be found near the house. We warmly welcome you to our house.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Large brand new south country house with large garden sea arch, own beach and jetty. Suitable for 2 families. In October and November, we take tenants on lobster fishing. Boat. Øien 20 feet with 70 Yamaha Lots of activities - football pitch, volleyball net, badminton, swings for big and small, slackline, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 2 water mattresses and fishing equipment for fishing with the jetty or at sea.
