"LüserLANDLUST" means "Pleasure to be on the countryside" and the house is an historical protected site built in 1759, which has been completely renovated in 2015. There are 4 bedrooms, which offer enough space for 4 to 6 people. We kept the spirit of the house by a respectful restauration with keeping part of the original furniture and decoration from the 50ths to the 70ths. Please be aware that the ceiling is 2,20m ( 7,3ft) in the first floor and 1,85 m ( 6 ft ) in the second floor minus 10 cm ( 0,3ft) for joists in some rooms. The house has got 4 bedrooms ( 2 double, 2 single ) , 1 bathroom,1 spacious living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen. If you are a party of 5 or 6 you may use another extra bathroom, wich is still in original condition, but ok as well.... We provide everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed linen, towels, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, water boiler.

Relax with the whole family, friends or as a couple at this peaceful place to stay. Our lovingly furnished 200-year-old half-timbered house is located in the middle of the village in a residential area. The garden is fenced off, parking spaces are always available in front of the gate. Nearby there are hiking trails, a playground, swimming lakes and activities of the "Bergisches Land." The house is a place of rest and relaxation. Parties are not allowed. Bed linen included for 4 nights or more.

Vacation, trade fair, business travel, small photo shoot, weekend vacation... Do you like the other, special? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
