This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Swimming pool shared with us and heated from June to September (access from 10 am to 7 pm). 10 minutes from the centre of Angoulême. A little corner of paradise: an oasis in the heart of the city and a good hour from the first beaches on the Atlantic coast.
