Gîtes Les Prairies de Latry (20 people)

A charming and peaceful group of three adjoining cottages offering a relaxing stay for the whole family (capacity 20 people). The location is very quiet and suitable for families, with two heated swimming pools and a one-hectare wooded park. The Domaine des Prairies de Latry comprises a total of five cottages (with the possibility of adding one or two additional cottages if required).

Townhouse of about 50m2 with an open living room with lounge, kitchen and dining room; a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), a second bedroom with a single bed (90x190) with wardrobe and desk; a shower room with toilet. Ideally located, it is 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Angoulême. Towels and bed linen provided for the stay.

This stylish place to stay is good for groups. A large living room of 60 m2, 4 bedrooms including one with shower room and a very large one of 38 m2, plus an additional shower room. Please note the presence of a cat, which however lives outside and rarely shows itself when the house is rented.
