Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Enjoy peaceful days in our cosy holiday apartment in the countryside in the Main-Spessart region, located between Karlstadt, Lohr, Wertheim and Marktheidenfeld. The flat is on the first floor (not wheelchair-accessible) and has a sunny terrace for relaxing. Dogs are welcome. You can find shops in Marktheidenfeld (approx. 10 minutes by car). Public transport is limited – you will need your own vehicle. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals.
