Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Our vacation home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches 800 m away). It is well optimized; a spacious living room, and crossing overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 people. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

A small path connects it to the Plage de la République (150 m) and, beyond, the Plage du Veillon, the marina and the 18-hole golf course. Nearby, water activities (surfing, kite surfing, kayaking, etc.) and local shops (bakery, greengrocer, fishmonger). It enjoys, thanks to its private access and the property that surrounds it, absolute calm.

La villa et sa dépendance sont chaleureuses, agréables à vivre et fonctionnelles. La plus grande est notre maison à l'année donc tout est très confortable. Une piscine chauffée 10mx4m, son volet immergée et sa terrasse en bois. Mon tout dans un grand jardin fleuri et arboré, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et du village...
