A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully set up, and just as described (if not better). The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The space was cozy, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. This was truly one of the best Airbnb stays I've had – I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and top-notch experience. This is if it's good and cheap. Since I arrived before I checked in I already had messages with a list of everything nearby: rest, parks, supermarkets, fun, garages etc. They were a message, pending, attentive in case I needed anything. I spoke to Pablo, a very respectful gentleman, kind, comical, he gave us another fan for the sala although the rooms have nice air conditioning that leaves the house cold and cool. The kitchen, bathroom, very well equipped, quite comfortable living room where I took my dog who is big and she was very comfortable. He wandered around the city. and everything very quiet is an excellent location. The wonderful Jacuzzi and has a view. There are no visible neighbors or houses so it is quite private. It has “tent” outside so as not to get wet if it came to rain. I would definitely stay again, I recommend everything in closed eyes, you will not regret it.

This listing was nice. Very close to restaurants and local stores. Isla Verde Beach is about 15 minutes and has so many great options and activities. Overall 10/10

Great stay! I would book again!

Let me start by saying that this place was definitely as pictured and we felt right at home. The views were beautiful of the mountains and you could see a little bit of the ocean. Opening both balcony’s let in such a nice breeze from all directions. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or the beach since I rained most of our trip but overall we enjoyed our stay. I didn’t notice that there was no elevator when booking so pack on the lighter side. Unless you want the workout. Overall would definitely stay again, Nicholas was such a great host and always responded and checked in on us ❤️

The place was amazing. The villa was very clean, it had everything that we needed and the host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. The pools were beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this place!

Ruth’s place was wonderful. I felt right at home, we were a group and we were all comfortable. Such a cozy modern home, very thankful for the quick response to any questions and would love to come back, the place was just what we hoped for.

Smailyn’s place was the most relaxed Airbnb experience I’ve had. Very simple and easy to follow instructions on checking in and out. The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood not too far from all the spots we wanted to go. It was more spacious than we were anticipating as well. Thank you!

Staying at Alan’s house was truly a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for—including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. Alan was a fantastic host—communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He gave us great local recommendations and left gifts for my birthday in the house champagne, house slippers and face masks for me and my party of 6 to make us feel extra special. He also accommodated a late check out! The location was ideal too—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, don’t hesitate—book Alan’s place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Our group enjoyed our stay here, they were very helpful and responsive when we needed them. Very beautiful home. Only thing I would suggest is maybe adding air vents to the bathrooms because none of them had air vents and maybe adding an outlet closer to the bed to charge our phones next to us. Overall, it was very accommodating to our needs. Just be mindful, in the backyard there are cameras that follow you so it can become very uncomfortable to swim in the pool. Also, as someone stated before the dryer does not work well. You have to put your clothes 2/3 times for it to dry, and even then it still doesn’t dry fully. It leaves it a little damp. But, overall everyone enjoyed staying here and was pleased with the house. Just minor changes that can be made to make the house perfect.

There’s so much to love about this place—whether it’s the secluded beach, the plunge pool, or the playground conveniently located just across the street. The house is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, filled with thoughtful touches like an abundance of towels, a basket stocked with sunscreen and other essentials, stylish decor, and a game cabinet. What truly sets this experience apart, though, is Miguel’s exceptional hospitality and dedication to his guests. When a power surge during the island-wide blackout caused the house’s generator to fail, Miguel wasted no time checking in. Upon learning about the issue, he immediately drove over—despite the late hour (10:30 p.m.)—and climbed onto the roof to restart the generator. Even in challenging circumstances, he remained warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. You could easily spend your entire vacation soaking in everything this place has to offer, and its proximity to San Juan, Fajardo, and Rio Grande are the cherry on top!

Victor was a great host! Always responded in a timely manner. My whole family felt right at home. I would love to stay there any time my family and I go back.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Liz’s place we took a late flight from ny and arrived in Puerto Rico around 4 am and Liz was willing to accommodate our early arrival which was absolutely generous,The location and seclusion with security on the premises my family and I felt very safe, this penthouse villa was amazingly beautiful it was clean and very comfortable to relax in, Liz recommended a lot of local places for us to visit which we appreciate because we enjoyed ourselves but the most spectacular part of our honeymoon was my wife sipping wine and myself smoking a finely made cigar we purchased from old San Juan the cigar house watching the sunrise over the ocean as we exchanged conversation about our life together moving forward at the private beach on location this will be a memorable sketch in our minds forever. I strongly recommend this penthouse villa to Liz and Adrian thank you and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Very nice property and exactly as described. Safe private condominiums. We played tennis right at the property and also used the beach and swimming pool. Though the beach in the property is a bit rocky in this specific area it is still scenic and peaceful. The Rio grande beach is only 5 min drive away if you want to swim. Very friendly hosts and very responsive! Even when there was an island wide power cut this property was still cool and safe and we could rest well. (Even without power) Overall a very satisfied and positive experience!

The entire family enjoyed our week at Jeanette’s beautiful condo! The private beach and pool were unbeatable, and we loved the rooftop terrace, hammock, and ocean view. The kids especially appreciated the Ms. Pac-Man game and karaoke machine. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week and was a great base from which to explore Puerto Rico!

We had a great stay at Elias's place. We had plenty of space for all of us and the kids loved the pools and basketball hoops.
