Enjoy the lakefront from my charming home! Fish or Kayak from the private dock or relax on the large deck overlooking the water tucked away on the lake. Boats are included for all guests! Recently renovated keyless one bedroom lower level Suite, with private side entrance and comfortable queen bed. Seasonal access to deck with prior approval. Great for airline personnel at JFK and visiting RNs.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Completely renovated 3 bedroom home on working farm with fire place and piano. Lux kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Sub-zero refrigerator, and marble counters Private, fenced backyard with BBQ. Farm has goats, pigs, chickens, bee hives, ducks, and on-site cafe and bakery. Close to Huntington village, bike trails nature walks, restaurants, parks, and the beach. Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Beach, Dining and Relaxation in one spot!

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
