In a pleasant and quiet residence between beach and state forest. Close to the supervised beach, forest, bike path, hiking trail... In season: Entertainment, Surf School, Outdoor Theater, Seasonal Shops. We don't provide sheets (140 x 190 cm) or bath towels.

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal

The village of Les Conches is located at the edge of the forest where one can walk through the forest ( 1500m) to the beach. Bud Bud " surf " beach is within 5 minutes and shops are 5 km away. We are 20 minutes from Les Sables d 'Olonnes, 50 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour from Puy du Fou. We are also close to the bike path "ODYSSEA" Bicycles are available for free.
