La Terrasse du Loir gîte, 3 km from the Flèche Zoo

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² gîte that has been open since 2021, ideally located on the banks of the Loir and about 3 km from La Flèche Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The cottage, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You don't share the pool with the owners or with other holidaymakers. The whole property is not overlooked.

90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Simplify your life in this peaceful, central home between Le Mans and Sablé sur Sarthe. It is an independent house but we are neighbors. You can take your morning walk by the communal path. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Apart from our home, your only neighbors will be our cows. You will have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.
