Sweet apartment only 200m to the beach with roof terrace

Our apartment is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment near the beach (2-3 minutes walk). The sunny roof terrace is perfect for breakfast and the glass of wine in the evening. A parking space is right by the house. Dishwasher, Nespresso, Filter Coffee & Tea, Micro, Toaster, Soda Stream. Bed linen & towels incl. BelEtage Blu/Apartment at the Sea !

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

The vacation rental in the Kontor is located on the ground floor of the Traufenhaus. It is modern and individually decorated. You can stay there with up to 3 people. The bunk bed is downstairs 1.40 m and upstairs 90 cm wide. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 hot plate ceramic stove, fridge and of course with everything you need for preparing breakfast and a small meal. There is also a flat-screen TV and plenty of outlets for charging your mobile devices.
