The large balcony (24 m²) faces southwest and gets the sun from noon until evening, inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner. A private parking space for the car is included in the price. Use of the tennis court is free of charge; the swimming pool can be used for a small fee.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment in the Kontor is on the ground floor of the Traufenhaus. It is modern and individually furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The bunk bed is 1.40 m wide at the bottom and 90 cm wide at the top. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooker, fridge and of course everything you need to prepare a breakfast and a small meal. There is also a flat-screen TV and plenty of outlets to charge your mobile devices.

A bright basement apartment in beautiful Travemünde awaits you. From there, you can reach the beach promenade and the beach in a few minutes on foot. In addition, the path leads you over the Brodtner cliff towards Niendorf and Timmendorfer Strand. In 5 minutes' walk you are at the golf course. Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.
