An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

The two rooms are on the second floor of the idyllic village of Matzwitz/Panker in Holstein Switzerland, near Hohwachter Bay. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be, and nature lovers will get their money's worth! The natural beach Behrensdorf is 3 km away, the beaches Hohwacht, Sehlendorf or Schönberg approx. 15 minutes by car. The Panker estate with galleries and restaurant is within walking distance. Well-developed bike paths in all directions!

Due to the location on the Dummersdorfer Ufer Nature Reserve, you are in a fantastic environment away from the hustle and bustle.

After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

In the west-facing garden you can enjoy a relaxed bbq, sunbathe in the beach chair on cooler days or treat yourself to some wellness in the private sauna!

There is a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + single bed (0.90 x 2.00 meters). Access via a folding staircase. In the basement there is a ping-pong table and dumbbells
