Hallo zusammen, ihr übernachtet in einer 1-Zimmer Wohnung (27 qm - 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses -ohne Fahrstuhl) direkt an dem wunderschönen Schrevenpark gelegen. Die Wohnung wurde im Januar 2023 komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Holtenauer Straße, die Innenstadt, die Uni, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & Cafes, sowie die KIELER WOCHE, sind in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich in und um meiner Straße herum - evtl. Wartezeit.

An elevator is available. 4 steps have to be climbed. 2 separate bedrooms, bright cozy living-dining room, small kitchen Bathroom An underground parking space in the house belongs to the apartment. Passage height: 2 meters ! Beach, adventure pool, bakery and all other shops are within easy reach.

Bright, cozy flat in the east of Hamburg

The apartment is in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 motorway. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 min. by foot, please read the "guide to arrival" in the listing carefully), then 17 minutes by "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. Private, lockable parking is available.
