Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin and offers Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a cupboard, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a proper 18-cm mattress), a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, and a shower room with a separate shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).
