The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

My accommodation is a complete apartment in the annex of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck to Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the veranda, the view of the Trave water, the fantastic sunrises over the water. From here you can easily reach everything on foot – the famous Holstentor, the museum harbor, the Gothic churches and the many small alleys and corridors that meander through Lübeck. Right outside the front door, the bus stops, which takes you to Travemünde in less than half an hour to the beach.

Welcome to our cozy semi-detached house in the street Gärtnergasse. The settlement Gärtnergasse on the outskirts of Lübeck was built in the 1920s. Today, due to its proximity to the Old Town, the university clinic and the river Wakenitz ("Amazon of the North") it is one of the most popular residential areas of Lübeck.

Not far from the Baltic Sea (15-17 min), the idyllic and stylishly furnished apartment is the perfect place to find peace. The manor is located on the edge of Rupensdorf and is an oasis of tranquility. Three horses, two sheep and chickens are kept on the farm. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2024.
