Bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproof windows! Please note: From 1.6.2026, I unfortunately have to charge a fee of €2/night/person and pay it to the city of Ludwigsburg!

The accommodation is only a few minutes' walk from the Residence Palace, Favoritenpark, marketplace, and train station. A nearby bus stop provides additional mobility. You will find an annex flat of approximately 44 m² with a separate entrance. Our flat is right by meadows and fields, and the vineyards aren't far either – ideal for long walks. In the bedroom there is a TV, also a children's travel cot, or mattress would still find a place in the bedroom. You will be in Ludwigsburg in about 10 minutes. You will be in Stuttgart in around 20 minutes. A bus stop is approximately a 2-minute walk away. Additional tourist tax of €2 per person per day from 1/7/26

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
