Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

Our cozy, quiet 1-room apartment is located in the district of Bockelsberg close to the center. It offers the ideal combination of relaxation in the city and the nature. Downtown can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike. University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are only 5 minutes away (on foot). The newly expanded apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage facility for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.
