Amelinghausen is a great recreation and holiday area that includes countless recreational opportunities such as Hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports at Lake Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildpark is also around the corner.

I designed and built this house myself during my parental leave and hope it offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The house has three levels and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a lot for children and dogs and is only 30km from Hamburg!

We have a large swimming lake where you can even take a boat. A brand new acquisition is the Thermomix TM6, which can be rented. For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!

The exclusive villa offers 300 m² of living space, a high-quality kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, and two spacious living rooms, one of which features a fireplace and access to the garden. Outside, you have a sauna, a garden shower, a heated outdoor whirlpool (seasonally available from May 1 to October 1), a gas grill, an outdoor fireplace, and a terrace at your disposal. A carport is located directly at the house.

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.

Das Haus ist modern und hochwertig umgebaut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Garten. Wir gestatten keine Veranstaltung von Partys im Haus. Zwischen 20 Uhr und 7 Uhr morgens ist Ruhe einzuhalten.
