The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

The approx. 160 sqm apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area; a 15-minute walk from the city center. Free parking and a bus stop are right outside the front door. It is my own apartment, which I rent out during my vacation.
