The apartment, located on the ground floor of an ancient stone house from the 1500s, is ideal for a romantic couple's holiday, for a relaxing family holiday but also for lovers of nature and sports.

Strategically positioned on the Lombardy side of Lago Maggiore, the Loft di Charme is only 1h driving from Milano Malpensa Airport, and just few minutes driving from the cozy towns of Luino, Porto Valtravaglia and Laveno Mombello and there is a great offer of services and things to do in the area. The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

The apartment is located with a direct view of the lake. In front of it is a park with a beach bar. Various sports and play activities for young and old are offered on this lake access. Surfers meet daily at this spot to pursue their sport. The lake promenade invites you to take a walk. At the end of the promenade, a small staircase leads up to the climbing park. If you are hungry now, you can shop in the village or in one of the various restaurants on site. All on foot

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.
