One bedroom, basement apartment in well kept house. The apartment is furnished with antiques and set on the corner of a farm with good views. The apartment has a private entrance and parking just outside the door. We are a retired but active couple who live upstairs. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and is stocked with coffee, tea, coffee fixings, snacks, and light breakfast items. We are 25 minutes to downtown Lynchburg and 20 minutes to Appomattox.

Basement Studio Apartment/No cleaning fee

Beautiful, spacious, private backyard with porch swing, tree swing, and outdoor lighting. Includes kitchenette with fridge/freezer, Keurig, microwave, toaster, small convection oven (big enough to cook a frozen pizza), as well as a small supply of snacks/breakfast items.
