Holiday rentals with breakfast in Madrid

I had a fantastic time with Mercedes. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. Her home was warm and inviting, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Rosario was a great host. Really proactive with clear instructions and suggested itineraries. The apartment has everything you need and also a lovely patio area. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches such as food and toiletry essentials. The area of the apartment is quiet. It’s a short walk to the metro station which takes you into the centre of Madrid. Thank you, Rosario.

Quiet location, 4 minutes from the nearest metro, several shopping (for food) nearby and even a coffee right next door. Very clean and just like on the photos. However, we were not aware before that the apartment consists of almost 2 apartments (with a separate key), each with one bedroom, bathroom and sofa+TV, which with the double bed then also has a kitchen and a dining table. However, the two older children (= teenagers) found this perfect :-) Communication with the co-host was straightforward, friendly and quick. We were very satisfied with this apartment.

Luz's country house is better live than in photographs. Unbeatable hospitality, the room has a private balcony with table and a very convenient couple of chairs. I would gladly repeat. My stay was in passing because I had to wake up early to go to the airport then I couldn't talk about the surroundings but I was very comfortable.

Adriana's place was wonderful for our time in Madrid! It was exactly as described, perfect for two people. The location is great, right next to a beautiful park that had incredible sunsets and would be great for jogs/walks. The apartment is also close to restaurants and has tons to do. We wanted to stay outside of the city center and Adriana's place was the perfect choice - still plenty to do but away from crowds. Adriana was super helpful and responsive as well. 10/10 would recommend!

I stayed for more than 1 month and everything was perfect, as described, Mrs. Marisol super friendly, made me feel at home and was like a mother to me, Mr. Antonio very nice and funny ! Everything is always clean, it is VERY well connected to the city center. with metro 2 blocks away, buses half a block away and in addition to the night bus. A quiet neighborhood.

It is a great luxury to be able to hang out comfortably on its terrace on the main street of Madrid. The apartment was small as described, but very tidy and clean. We provided a smooth and pleasant stay.

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We found Maria's place to be comfortable and decorated in a very fun manner. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen areas had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the location! Small one way streets with fruit market, small grocery and bagel cafe very close! We found great restaurants every night. It is a fun vibrant neighborhood with lots of energy. Taxis very easy to find everywhere!!! One thing to note is that Maria's flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Luckily we travel with carry on suitcases so made it up fine...just a little workout for our almost 70 year old bodies. We would definitely stay if we are ever in town again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The room is very comfortable with all amenities. The painted walls are very nice and the whole place is very artistic. It's in the center of town with all the shops and within walking distance of the mountain trails.

Rosa is charming and very respectful. Everything was clean and the breakfast was complete. I recommend it.

Our stay at José Manuel’s place was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making our arrival very easy. Communication with José Manuel was quick and efficient. Definitely a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

Very friendly, i recomennded

This is a truly marvelous stay! We will be back as soon as possible. It was so good we would honestly plan a Spain trip around available dates. Jorge was so kind, truly the breakfast was out of this world. Our room was serene and the mountain air so crisp and peaceful. The grounds are even prettier than the photos. It was a truly special experience! They thought of everything with this place from the decor to the services. We loved the Christmas decorations!!

Although at first it may not seem like it, finding the place was not difficult because Reyes provided us with all the necessary directions from the first moment and also upon arrival. The area is beautiful if you are looking for peace and quiet. My husband and I took the opportunity to disconnect from work, and we got it completely. Reyes is a special person that makes you feel at home. The car is beautiful and very functional. Strong points, without a doubt, the area surrounded by nature, the silence, the beautiful interior decoration and the fantastic wood stove that I personally loved. We look forward to coming back.

Jon was an amazing host: - very responsive - easy to talk to and exchange knowledge - fulfills to all needs - very comfortable place - pristine breakfast The apartment is very clean and he has an amazing sense for decorations. You feel welcome from the first minute you arrive until the very end of your stay. Can highly recommend to stay at Jon's. Also, the apartment is on a quiet area. It is close to a metro station which allows you to easily reach IFEMA, the Airport as well as the city center.

I am so happy that I could stay at Patricias house again :). It was the fourth time in Torrelodones for me. Patricia and Jose Luis where so kind and I had a wonderfull time with them. All became so familiar now. We hat breakfast and dinner together and I was allowed to swim in the pool of the neighbourhood :). We also went for a walk with the two dogs together. I can really recommend to stay with Patricia and I am really happy to come back in October :) Best regards Sonja
