This is a terraced house with two floors. At the ground floor there is a small garden, sitting and dining room, a small toilette and the kitchen. At the first floor you will find two rooms and the bathroom. This is a quiet area without noises neither traffic where you can have a nice rest. I see myself as an open minded person and I like to interact with any kind of human being, I don't care about people backgrounds, as long as they are respectful and good people.

This room is located in a unique house. You will enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood and the proximity of the metro that will link you to the active life of the capital of Spain. The common spaces are spectacular! It has a double bed and a single bed It's my house, but I travel a lot, so I make it available to you. I may or may not be present. In both cases there is plenty of space and you will have a great time without a doubt!
