Single room villa with terrace in Retiro

Private room in a house shared with the host. A villa in the Retiro neighborhood. Large terrace. I live with Loles my cat. If you are allergic to cats or don't like them, this is not your place. 200x140 cm bed. We share the bathroom. You can use the whole house, living room, kitchen, terrace, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher. Very bright house, in the photos the living room looks bigger than in reality. 20 minutes from downtown by bus and metro, 35 minutes walk - Retiro Park 5 minutes walk.

Cozy and charming home next to the center

Hi! If you are looking for a room close to the center, this is it! Nice neighbourhood, 10m by walk to Madrid Río. Full green zones. The house is spacious, it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Yours has two beds and the bathroom is just in front and only for you as I have my own too. (I would come in just for the washing machine 🤭). The best part? Our cutie yard/terrace. I have two little dogs that would love to play with you. Air-conditioning in living room. WiFi and all you need 😊 See you!

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a spacious living room with a warm fireplace. With a refreshing private pool. It is a quiet area, well connected by Metro and bus, green areas and shopping centre. There are two cats in the house and pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and respectful, upon request before booking

Quiet and coquette spot in Madrid

This is a terraced house with two floors. At the ground floor there is a small garden, sitting and dining room, a small toilette and the kitchen. At the first floor you will find two rooms and the bathroom. This is a quiet area without noises neither traffic where you can have a nice rest. I see myself as an open minded person and I like to interact with any kind of human being, I don't care about people backgrounds, as long as they are respectful and good people.

Ifema, Univ Nebrija, centro illerna. cleaning included daily (except Sundays and holidays). There are no facilities for cooking, once a week change of sheets and washing their personal clothes. The common spaces are spectacular! has a double bed and a single bed It's my home, but traveling a lot, I put it at your disposal. It may or may not be present. In both cases there is a lot of space and you will have a great time without a doubt!

Room 1 in a quiet and well-connected area

Spacious and bright room with double bed. It has cabinets and drawers. Bathroom next door. House with wifi. It is easy to park outside the house. The microwave, refrigerator and kettle can be used in the kitchen, cooking is not allowed. For long stays, please consult. Families are welcome, but my house is not prepared for babies.
