From its careful decoration, we highlight the immense windows that fill the spaces with light and offer a romantic view of the rooftops of the city, located on the 4th floor. Our loft apartment has a viscolastic double bed where you can rest after a long day visiting the Historic Center of Malaga, sofa bed with capacity for two people, 43"TV with access to Netflix, air conditioning and central heating and everything you need to feel at home. You will enjoy a completely renovated house, kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and all the other necessary utensils for cooking. You will have free internet access to watch your favorite content, including Netflix!!! Its location is one of the advantages of our accommodation, you will not need your own vehicle to visit all the most emblematic places of the Historic Center, you will also have public transport available just 5 minutes walk, with routes in all directions of interest in Malaga. Guests will have full access to the home. For reasons of renovation in the building, from the end of October we will not have an elevator for a period of approximately one month. We apologize in advance for the inconveniences. In order to visit all the attractions offered by the historic center you can do it on foot, as previously mentioned most of the most important attractions are only 5 minutes walk. The beach of La Malagueña is about 15 minutes walk away. Shopping malls and department stores within a 10-minute walk. In and around the center there is private and public parking, ranging prices from 18-25 euros per day, depending on the area. To move to the outskirts of the center, you have public bus, train and taxi services just 5-10 minutes walk. The train coming from the airport is a 10-minute walk to the accommodation. The apartment is on the 5th floor of building a located on the Promenade, 5 min walk from the Beach, and 5 minutes to supermarket and bars, restaurants. We are 100 metres from the Marina, the lively commercial and leisure centre, and a 20 min walk from the Carihuela.
