Our finca offers 4 Casitas on 27,000 m2 of quiet space and has a large shared (fenced) swimming pool.

The house has a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, sitting room and a large terrace, on the 1st floor 2 spacious bedrooms with aircon with a terrace and sea view a spacious bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. The 3rd floor is a spacious roof terrace with a marvalous sea view. You can park the car for free and there is a supermarket nearby.

Independent house just 500 meters from the best beaches of Las Chapas/El Rosario is a duplex bungalow that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Upstairs there is a porch, pool area, dining-barbecue area... Inside, there is a living room, a kitchen that opens to the dining room, a master bedroom with its bathroom, a second bedroom, and a third bedroom that shares a bathroom. Down in the basement with access from the living room through a staircase is the fourth bedroom with 2 single beds.

Enjoy a romantic time with your partner, also in wintertime. Babies under 2 years old must use a baby cot at 35 euros per stay.
