Modern townhouse with magnificent interior design and rustic touch, dotted with beautiful details. Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

Sunny Home – garden, pool, spacious and family-friendly

On the ground floor we have the living room, open kitchen, a toilet, porch and garden. The garden door opens onto a park and the community pool that we share with twelve neighbors. On the first floor we have two double bedrooms that share a full bathroom. And the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and its en-suite bathroom, with a shower and bathtub. In the old garage we have made a loft living room. It has a TV and a large sofa that turns into a double bed, but it is what it is.

One bedroom has a spacious balcony. Equipment for children is also available in the house.

This townhouse is located in a smaller urbanisation with only 22 houses, in Benalmádena Pueblo. With a short walk you will find yourself in the town centre, which offers numerous cafes and restaurants as well as various shops. It is a traditional Spanish village with narrow streets and alleys , which are decorated with colourful flower pots, plants and cosy squares with orange trees. Here you can really slow down and let our holiday begin!
