Through panoramic windows, you can look directly at the crystal clear water from the bedroom and living room. From the balcony on the 12th floor (final floor) you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. This is where geese chatter at eye level. Pure nature and tranquility! The 48 sqm, stylish and comfortable apartment is laid out throughout with a pleasant cork floor. The small kitchen has everything you need!

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time directly in front of the house on the roundabout. There is a spacious living / dining & sleeping area with bathroom & balcony, plus a small but fully equipped kitchen. In the design, planning and execution of the conversion, great importance was placed on good design, quality and individual interior design. It is one of the coveted corner apartments, a large balcony extends over the entire length and width of the apartment.

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. Attention restriction: The D1 mobile network is almost unavailable with us. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a Senseo coffee pod machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. You can log in to Netflix & Co with your own account on the TV. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.
