Our stud farm, in a secluded location away from the crowds of tourists on 100 hectares of our own land, is worth a visit at any time of the year. Not far from beautiful natural beaches or tourist hotspots, it offers something for every taste, freshly renovated and with modern furnishings, a paradise for dogs, people and horses!

The house Wartaweil is located in the middle of the countryside with a unique view over the beautiful Kellersee. The spacious complex invites you to relax on the balcony, barbecue on the terrace or play on the large lawn. Here, peace and comfort are combined. Regardless of the weather, you can also spend time in the house with the foosball table, in the home theater or on the cozy couch. In the immediate vicinity there are swimming and water sports as well as excursion destinations for all ages.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

The Ostseehütte - red Swedish house on the Baltic Sea

We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

Start your hikes by bike or on foot directly from the house, or take a canoe trip on Lake Plön. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural grounds. The large, fenced property offers opportunities for outdoor games or table tennis, as well as quiet relaxation. In the evenings, you can spend time in front of the fireplace. The living and dining rooms are separate. The property is not directly on the lake; the walk to Lake Plön takes 5 minutes and leads you through our small village.

Welcome to our cozy Hygge Hus in beautiful hilly Holstein Switzerland. Our vacation home is located in the small quiet village of Sasel surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. Many beautiful lakes, swimming spots and bike paths are very close and the pretty cities of Malente, Plön, Eutin or Lütjenburg can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car. It's about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea, and you'll be at the beautiful beaches of Hohwachter Bay.

Ostseenah - Frida country house

Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked. Please always announce commercial photography and filming!

The property is fenced. Shopping 300 m away. The house has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, the third room is open-plan and equipped with a box-spring bed. Central heating is available.

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
