Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Moin und HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN im Seeweg 1! Ab in den Norden, ab nach Dannau! Genieße die Ruhe und vergiss deine Sorgen im kleinen Örtchen Dannau. Unweit der Ostsee kannst du hier deinen Urlaub in der knapp 60qm großen Unterkunft und dem dazugehörigen Garten genießen. Genieße die Ruhe in dem kleinen Örtchen mit Naturschutzgebiet oder entdecke in der Umgebung verschiedene Strände, Seen, Schlösser, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Von hier aus kann man vieles schnell erreichen. Habt es schön!

The flat was fully renovated on 26/01. The flat is suitable for 2 people (3) and one child. One cot + extras are included. 1 dog cushion is available upon request. You will have your own terrace with separate access to the apartment. Our use of the garden on the right-hand side. The location is very peaceful, rural. 200 metres to a lake where you can swim. Original masonry & old planks. The house is raw and original, not dead renovated. Crumbs fall from the ceiling and the cracks provide fresh air. The loft is anything but uncomfortable. It has style. You can expect 29 m² of living space in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.
