The design takes up elements of the original "rural" development of Niederstimm. Bike paths are available and lead idyllically across the country. Local transport connection via bus is also available. Ingolstadt Central Station (20 minutes to Munich) is about 3 km away

A modern newly furnished 2-room apartment with balcony for up to 3 people awaits you near Audi, downtown and Westpark.
