Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Mar Menor

Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

We had a great time staying here. We had 2 children aged 2 & 4, they loved the swimming pools and the children’s park onsite! There were 2 heated pools that were just at the end of the garden so easily accessible. The whole complex felt very safe and immaculately clean. Great facilities and walking distance to the supermarket, shops, beach and restaurants! We will definitely be returning ☀️

We really enjoyed staying at Karina and Rafal's house. Everything was clean and tidy. The view of Playa Honda was beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment - seemed very new and clean. We loved taking dips in the indoor spa pool and the on-site gym was really convenient. Very close to a petrol station with a decent shop, with a supermarket only 5 mins further away and a big shopping precinct with a hyper market only a 5 min drive away. Thanks for a great stay :)

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

We rented a great apartment that was exactly as described in the description. The whole complex and the area is very nice. The small disadvantage was that there were no German-speaking guests or owners [ mostly French and Belgian]. But we would book the apartment again and again. Klaus.

Spectacular 3 bedroom house, maximum quality construction, fantastic terrace and very good views of the Mar Menor, on the floor there is absolutely everything you need for your stay, recommended housing to visit other locations such as for example Cartagena, Cabo de Palos, Murcia, etc... without doubting FIVE STARS, the only thing I did not like is the environment close to the house the Paraíso beach and Playa Honda del Mar Menor, still I recommend this home for its quality, and ease to visit other places. A quality home and equipment of this home deserves a better garage, I only parked the first night as there is a column on each side, the car can come in picking up the rear-view mirrors. The building has a swimming pool, playground for children.

the stay in José's house is super pleasant, the house is much nicer in person that in photographs everything is very clean , a lot of kitchenware , everything is very clean towels and clean sheets. We loved the house and the treatment received the area is very quiet and very well located , we felt right at home. I recommend José's apartment 100%

Great apartment for our second visit to flamenca village. Great place for all ages

communication in advance very pleasant. Since I am disabled, I need more care and amenities than a 100% person. Above all, a lot to find out if the apartment was suitable Sergio helped very well. Also during our stay. For example, there is a high table with bar stools. Not doable for me. Sergio immediately provided another dining area

Fantastic great area with several pools, jacussis, bar, gym etc. we really enjoyed the area. Perfect if you're looking to sunbathe all day long. Large shopping center right nearby, as well as grocery store right next door. So very easy to shop.

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package

Lovely apartment near the main gate which was spotless clean, great sofa and nice balcony with tables. Host met us at arrival.

We stayed here for a month, and had everything we needed for long stay. House is cosy, neighbourhood feels private.

The apartment was lovely. Loved the area! The bikes were such a great perk. It was easy to get around and nice areas around. A short trip to many different beaches by bike on beautiful terrain. Was able to take more routes. The apartment worked well for a long-term rental. The best-equipped home has traveled a lot. Found everything and more! If you're in an active neighborhood, people are really nice and helpful. The pool area is tidy and so is the water in the pool. Can also swim well, that is, length. A good clothes washer is a big plus. There were short programs and the drying was done quickly in the yard.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless — everything looked and felt brand-new, from the furnishings to the finishes. The warm pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. It’s clear the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. The surrounding town/village was charming and peaceful, with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. We especially loved our morning and evening walks — so refreshing and a great way to start and end the day. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Fabulous house. Great for kids.

We stayed at this Ago’s place for the second time. This time, two of us and two friends from Valencia spent one weekend here. We absolutely loved the house and all its facilities. The host provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks to their suggestions, we made two trips to Cartagena during this getaway. Cartagena’s ocean views and historic architecture were truly captivating. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both the lounge and the bedroom offer magnificent views of the golf course. Honestly, the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer 😊

Both Ainhoa and Ramón were very friendly, the house was spotless, they responded quickly to our doubts. We would repeat without hesitation, the house has everything you need to live, they were very friendly leaving some things for breakfast and the patio is super nice and very well kept. The time flexibility was also wonderful! We recommend it 100%!!
