Holiday rentals with a balcony in Marina Baixa

We were in Peter's very nice and modern house over Christmas. For us as a family, the house was very suitable, as the large kitchen and also the large living room in particular offer plenty of space for all family members. The sensational kitchen equipment is also noteworthy. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the building services/heating in the winter time, but Peter was always available and very eager to fix all problems immediately. Even on December 24th, he still delivered a new dishwasher. Value for money is still OK. Certainly, the prices are higher over the holidays, but you also have to be aware that the house is not a detached house with a large garden, but a terraced house, and there are only smaller, tiled terraces in the outdoor area. The proximity to the beach (a few minutes by car), to supermarkets, to Alicante and to the airport were excellent. We would book this house again anytime for a family event.

Jose’s Place is the perfect stay for one or two people. It is centrally located, has great views, an all-inclusive kitchen, and walking distance to several well stocked grocery stores. The living area has a sliding glass door to a great patio to feel the vibrance of the City. The bedroom is in the back with the ability to shut out the world for a great night’s sleep (or to recover from jet-lag). If you are visiting Alicante, this is the PERFECT place!

Great location to access beaches , bars, restaurants and everything Javea has to offer. Very nice shared pool and surroundings. Facilities in the house were all we needed.

This apartment was perfectly located for my friends and I. it was far enough from the really busy nightlife not to be disturbed but close enough to walk into the centre when we wanted to. Lovely rooms and a fantastic view over the beach and sea.

We're a retired, active couple who stayed for the month of April. Despite our initial challenges finding it, from start to finish we LOVED it and would highly recommend it. Parking was very good for a small-mid size car. David was a great host- very communicative, responsive, friendly, attentive, helpful and takes pride in ownership. Great value for money. The 3 level apartment is fantastic- well equipped, nicely furnished with lovely Spanish touches, spacious, comfortable, safe, easy to come and go and spotless. Bonus to have the 2 outdoor private areas. In our opinion, this place is in the BEST location in Javea. Very vibrant yet relaxed with cultural events and regular local traffic in the centre of the historic district. Convenient, safe, charming and welcoming. LOTS of amazing restaurants, bars, shops, grocery, markets, churches, museum- all within 5 minute walk radius. It's a 20 min walk to the Port/Grava beach and 45 min walk to Arenal beach. We hope to return next year.
