Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marina Baixa

Volledig verrast door het mooie en ruime huis. Leuk zwembad en tuin. Volledig prive accomodatie. Garage om auto te parkeren, fijn want je kan feitelijk alles lopend doen, alles is op korte afstand, strand/zee boulevard met de diverse winkels en restaurants. Voor ons was het helemaal goed. Contact met Wendy ook, goed ontvangen en de rest evt via de app. Dus nogmaals helemaal goed.

Overall the location for me was at the start of poyente beach, witch was perfect for me, as I prefer that side of benidorm. The apartment was located on the 5th floor of the complex with a lift, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, living area was very large and comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family very comfortably with traditional Spanish décor,. bathroom was very large too, with a shower that was piping hot and powerful if required. kitchen has all the appliances you require including gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine etc. Towels where provided for the week The balcony is extremely large and you get the sun on it all day. overall I would definitely come back here again. Excellent Value and Excellent hosts, with great communication.

Brill location close to the strip. We would definitely return. Didn’t use the pool but it was big and would have used if it was later in the year.

Llegamos bastante tarde a la noche para recoger las llaves y agradecemos que fuera muy amable! El piso está tal cual enfrente de una de las playas mas conocidas de la zona. Salimos encantados a la hora de nuestra vuelta ☺️

Alles war perfekt: Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, antwortet schnell und zuverlässig, und auch vor Ort war dank der lieben Dame, die uns herzlich empfangen hat, alles bestens organisiert. Die Wohnung ist modern, neu eingerichtet und unglaublich sauber – wir haben uns selten irgendwo so wohlgefühlt! Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die wunderschöne Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick, die uns jeden Morgen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Minuten erreicht man sowohl die Stadt als auch den herrlichen, weitläufigen und sauberen Strand. Für alle, die gerne mobil sind, bietet die ruhige und gepflegte Anlage den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für entspannte Ausflüge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die lieben Gastgeber!

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! Top locatie voor een paar dagen ontspanning maar ook zeker voor werk.

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa cumple todas las comodidades. Carlo siempre respondía nuestras consultas con brevedad. La playa (cala) esta a 17 minutos andando donde hay rutas para hacer. La joya de la casa son la vistas. Zona muy tranquila. La piscina comunitaria a la que se tiene acceso está justo enfrente de la casa. Ha sido todo perfecto.

Très bon accueil, hôtes aux petits soin , réactif aux messages. Seul bémol le quartier aux abords peu accueillant, néanmoins nous n’avons eu aucun problème.

We absolutely loved our stay in Dido and Amy’s house - super location in Javea’s historic centre yet very quiet and the accommodation itself even better than the photos. Immaculately clean and well maintained and plenty of room for a full compliment of 5 guests. We would definately return if ever in the same area again. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful 4 night stay.

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Rosa ha sido una grandísima anfitriona, volveremos seguro. Estuvo super atenta, nos trató muy amablemente y nos hizo sentir como en casa. El apartamento tenía absolutamente de todo y ha sido una gozada desayunar viendo la salida del sol.

Mooi en ruim appartement, zoals de foto's lieten zien. Keuken goed gevuld met keukengerei, borden etc, dus zelf koken kon erg gemakkelijk. Communicatie met Patty, die ons ontving, was erg gemakkelijk. Appartement is op loopafstand van de boulevard.

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

Logement impeccable, description parfaite et très propre. La résidence est ultra sécurisé, la voiture reste en sécurité dans le parking avec surveillance 24/24. Tout est présent dans la résidence pour toute la famille, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport, piscine intérieure et extérieure, accès plage. Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour et la région est magnifique. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de la résidence dû au mois d'avril où peut de touriste était présent. En bref nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau un jour. Merci Jorge !

We had an absolutely fabulous stay here! we had a 3 and 6 year old and there was so much space for them in the apartment. All amenities were available. The location is fantastic, on the beach in less than 30 seconds. It was the cleanest beach we've ever seen with lovely wooden play areas dotted all the way along which our kids loved. Plenty of eating options too, and the place directly opposite, although not 'fancy' was so cheap and easy for breakfast drinks and snacks and was always lively. We got 2 buses from the airport which was so easy even with 2 kids 2 cases and a buggy. we also got the bust to Alicante Town in the evenings which was very easy and cheap. Alicante old town is lovely, so much culture and a lot to see. Highly recommend the castle as well. We had a few issues during our stay (not to do with the apartment) and Hagen was so easy to contact and helped us immediately which we are very greatful for. Would recommend to anyone!

Très bel appartement avec de belles prestations. La vue est l’atout clé de cet appartement. Les matelas sont très conforts.
