Our apartment is very quiet and completely quiet in a parallel street to the lake. It is located on the 1st floor and has a beautiful all-round balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short stroll separates you from the shores of the natural beach and the other many tempting leisure activities. In the meantime, we also have a charging station for electric vehicles. You can store your car at the parking lot directly at the house

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops in the direction of Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are just around the corner. The lake is a 5-minute walk away and the outdoor pool is a 3-minute walk away. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.
