Monthly Rentals in Masontown

Such a lovely place with the best hosts! We wanted to have a relaxing vacation and were so happy with our stay. The cottage is precious and quite comfortable and the views are great. There’s a porch with a rocking bench where you can sit and relax and just enjoy the quiet. I saw wild turkeys each morning! Our hosts could not have been nicer and we’re looking forward to future stays.

We came out to Morgantown to visit our daughter at WVU. The chalet had a very homey feel, I definitely felt like I had been there a while when I got there. The directions were easy to follow and we had no problems finding it. There was plenty of space to prepare meals inside, as well as entertain both inside and out. The furniture was in generally good condition and clean. The bathroom was well furnished and the dual shower was very nice. This place was a great place to base our visit and venture out into the surrounding countryside. In comparison to other rentals we have had over the years, this ranks as #2 in quality, value and overall satisfaction. We will be looking to rent this again on our next visit. Our only complaint was the musty smell. It was prevalent when you walked in, but left quickly. When we arrived home, we could smell it on our clothes. It was very rainy while we were there and we'd like to give the owners the benefit of the doubt.

great little house with everything you need 10min away from cooper rock state forest for great hiking and bouldering. Kelly was very responsive. I recommend this place.

Ted and Toni were awesome! They answered every time we needed them and were always willing to help or even just chit chat…they have a beautiful family and were awesome to be around. They have some pretty nice dogs to play with too! Can’t be more thankful for them during our stay than we are. They gave us a sweet card to congratulate us on our little one on the way and it truly was the sweetest.
