Relax, all you have to do is have a great stay! The flat comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with a 140 cm bed), a shower room, a WC and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Bed linen and towels are provided. We had an excellent stay!

It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

Le logement est mitoyen à mon domicile mais en retrait, préservant l’intimité.
