A little slice of paradise located in the heart of the city centre, less than a minute's walk from the ocean. Everything within easy reach, but relatively quiet. Relax, all you have to do is have a great stay! The flat comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with a 140 cm bed), a shower room, a WC and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Bed linen and towels are provided. We had an excellent stay!

A 5mn de royan, proche des plages et de Saujon, parfait pour un séjour ou pour les cures aux thermes de Saujon. Studio complètement rénové et bien equipé, de plain pied avec terrasse et petit patio. Convient pour 2 voyageurs. Stationnement sur place. Proche des commodités, (boulangerie, supérette, .....) secteur calme. Option draps 10€ et linge de toilette 5€ par personne. Le logement est mitoyen à mon domicile mais en retrait, préservant ainsi l’intimité.
