Our new renovated apartment is situated in the centre of the city, near the bus station and near the main street of Rovinj- Carera. Parking on the street/parking place nearby is chargable (zone 2 and 3-2,00 €/h or a daily card 15,00 €/day). Only for our guests we have organized 1 free of charge parking place, 14 minutes away by walk from the apartment. The apartment is located at the second floor of the building, at the Lacco Square (Trg na Lokvi). Sunny place and beautiful view. Sea view too!

Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!

Located on the first floor, the apartment offers a spacious living/dining area, a top equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms,air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a sea view terrace. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue in the shared garden. A parking space for your car will be provided.

The house is set in the romantic surroundings, with a big garden (1500m2) with lots of olive, apple, fig and other trees that provide perfect shade for hot summer days and a romantic and relaxing setting for your holidays. All rooms have French window exits to a terrace or a balcony with a view of palm, jasmine and mandarin trees. Amongst various vegetation you can enjoy seasonal fruit from the garden and pick Mediterranean spices.
