Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Megève

We had a pleasant stay. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. The environment is incredibly peaceful and many walks are possible around. Thanks to Jean-Pierre for his availability and responsiveness. The only downside is the pathway in poor condition, especially in rainy weather. But once there, it's absolute calm!

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

A charming place, surrounded by greenery and cows, ideal for relaxing. Isabelle, our hostess, is a very welcoming and smiling person, who was able to inform us well. The only small inconvenience of our stay was the lack of outdoor light to enjoy the terrace in the evening, or maybe we couldn't find it. Anyway, it didn't spoil our very pleasant weekend.

A beautiful house with an outdoor space that we were able to fully enjoy with almost summer weather! We enjoyed the play area with trampoline and ball games for the kids and pétanque games as a family and then at the end of the day we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif with mountain views! Peaceful stay, with a framework aspiring to relaxation and a change of scenery and it did us great good:)

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

Very friendly and helpful hosts, and a pretty, family-friendly place with a gorgeous view. Very easy to access by public transport (or car) and with stores and a bakery a short walk away.

Very nice accommodation and very large, close to Iséta for professional training, very close to the lake and the bike path going around the lake, at the end of the garden!! Quiet, clean and functional apartment, very nice host and provided valuable local services. Bakery and restaurant just around the corner. Amazing!

David’s home was so perfect for our group! It was spacious it had all amenities needed for the week. From DVDs to board games to instructions for restaurants/ bars etc Check in was super easy and flexible and I would definitely recommend. It is a wee walk to town Maybe 15 minutes but u can get a bus during the day that is about 5 minutes away. And if your skiing you don’t need to go to town to go on the slopes you can just get on in Perriers and sort your tickets there. I would definitely go back

We had a great time, we knew the Contamines very well so we had no trouble finding our way around. The apartment was very good, very functional and sufficient for a week's vacation for 5! Small plus for the dishwasher and washing machine which are very much appreciated with children! ☺️

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. This is a comfortable, super clean and well equipped apartment. It has all we needed for a weeks skiing for a family of four (two adults and two teenagers). It was a very short walk to the ski lift which was great. Thank you Alison.

Cozy apartment with an amazing mountain view. Kitchen and bedrooms equipped with everything needed. Big parking is nearby. Separate ski storage/drying room is a nice bonus. 30 minutes to Chamonix slopes by car. Great value for money, highly recommend!

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

Very nice apartment with mountain view from balcony that gets the sun all afternoon in April. Very strategic location for getting to several ski resorts (Paradiski, La Rosière/La Thuile, Éspace Killy, Trois Vallées via Brides-Les-Bains). Close to the Funiculaire in Bourg-Saint-Maurice going up to Arcs 1600, which is very convenient (1-2 minutes by car, lots of parking places, full day cost is 3,80 EURO in April 2025). Super U supermarket with very large range of food and drink within a five minute drive. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended accomodation!

Ghislaine was very accommodating, particularly as the booking was so last minute. The cosy and characterful apartment was very convenient for reaching the restaurants and amenities of Morzine and also getting outwards Avoriaz for higher altitude skiing, with the bus stopping outside the apartment block. I imagine it is also a great place to stay for the summer with the proximity to the beautiful mountains and all they can offer. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

The apartment is very well located in Samoens and the parking at the foot of the building is very convenient. Its south facing with balcony allows you to set up sunbeds and enjoy the mountain view. The accommodation has all the comforts: the kitchen is very well equipped with dishes in number for 10 people, the pots and pans are of quality. There is raclette and fondue sets. The living room allows you to reopen at 10. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay little crowded for 4 people great for 2, has everything you need and walking distance to everything.

We (5 adults, 2 kids) had a great time in the cozy, spacious, quiet and convenient apartment. Tim was super friendly and responsive. The place has all you need and is exactly what was advertised ( has 3 bathrooms!). Ski in-out is a small (though very steep) walk up, ideally to avoid the use of car. The place is not the newest so some repairs are needed (at the end of season) but the facilities are perfectly adequate. Overall I can fully recommend, it’s a great value for money!
