My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Gite les coquillages 1 (Shells 1)

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This tastefully decorated 2 bedroomed guest house is hidden away in the forest. Making for a great peaceful getaway. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing and dinning. However, just 20mins from the beaches at either Contis, L'especier or Mimizan Plage, and 10mins from restaurants and commerces. You do need a car to get around. There is an option to use the outdoor spa (wood-burning hot tub and sauna) during your stay.

The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.
