My accommodation is close to the state capital Innsbruck, at the beginning of the Stubai Valley. You'll love my accommodation because of the wonderful views and the beautiful location, the proximity to public transport, the close proximity to the restaurant. My accommodation is good for couples and for families with children, but also employees of companies. Innsbruck can be reached from our house by car in 15 minutes, the border to Brennero/South Tyrol can be reached in 25 minutes.

Just a few minutes' walk from your front door, the summer fun begins on the exciting summer toboggan run, which delights young and old alike.

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. In the basement of the apartment is the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (incl. stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven and all necessary kitchen utensils) integrated into a charming living room with access to the balcony and relaxing views of nature.
