Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the Miesbach lake district. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and the nearby ski resorts. The local recreation area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Tegernsee 15 minutes. Here you can also be pampered in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich, in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also just relax.

In our lovingly furnished apartment, Bavarian charm meets Brazilian hospitality! The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

We offer you our beautiful house in which we live ourselves and offer it like a real Airbnb. We have several large terraces, a beautiful garden including a koi pond and two cuddly, easy-care cats (allergy-friendly). Our 120 square meter single-family house is located in a quiet and small settlement on the outskirts of Miesbach. On the upper floor, an open large, bright living room with Swedish stove and small home theater awaits you.
