The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a building known as a "ringhiera" house (stone balconies overlooking an internal courtyard). The living room consists of a living room with an open kitchen and is practical and equipped with all appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a large table. The double bedroom gives access to the bathroom. All rooms have unlimited WiFi network coverage. The apartment is very warm and welcoming, so whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, it will feel like home. Guests will have access to the entire accommodation and everything you need for a quick breakfast (coffee, various types of tea, croissants, cookies) and many fresh drinks in the refrigerator and you can also access board games like MONOPOLY and the multilingual NETFILX channel. The opportunities for meeting, eating well and shopping are exceptional: you are in the center of Milan. Well connected by public transport: bus 60 (direct connection with Central Station and Piazza San Babila). A few minutes' walk from the Porta Venezia stop (red metro line 1 that cuts through the entire city passing by the Duomo, Sforzesco Castle, San Siro stadium and ends its run at Rho Fiera) and the railway pass (the fastest public transport to reach Rho Fiera via the S5 and S6 trains). Nearby you can also find the tram stop no. 5 and no. 33 connected to the central station. There are multiple bike rental stations (BikeMi) in the area and just 2 minutes from the house there are three paid covered parking lots (Via Maiocchi, Piazzale Lavater and Via Stoppani).

(Please note that this apt is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.) I rent my lovely apartment, in a typical milanese 19th century building. It is fully and beautifully equipped, and very well and carefully kept and looked after. I lived abroad extensively and am often away, and I truly take pleasure in thinking that other people are enjoying its warmth, light, quietness, charm, airy coziness. The apartment is located in the center, 15' on foot south from Duomo square, in a very lively and friendly area (Ticinese, half way between Duomo, 15' on foot, and the Navigli area, 5' on foot), full of small cafés, restaurants, little shops. It overlooks the beautiful public garden of Conca del Naviglio, which has a fenced children area, with swings slides etc, and a dog fenced area; and you can also rent municipal bycicles there. The overall setting and location of the apartment, even though in the heart of the city, makes you somehow feel on vacation. Groups larger than 5 could be interested in the fact that the apartment is located a few steps from my brother-in-law's "Brand New Central Coziness" https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/3519937 (sleeps 5).
